Augusta Township Public Library is having a Yard/Plant/Bake Sale!
The sale will take place on Saturday, May 27th, from 9 am to 1 pm.
- We will need:
Volunteers for table set-up and sales
Donations of items to sell
Donations of plants (clearly labeled please!)
Donation of baked goods
We can provide space for folks who want to sell their own items: $20 to rent a table or $10 to set up your own table.
Contact the librarians for more information, to donate, or to reserve a table.
Story-time: story-time sessions are held in the Library every Wednesday morning starting at 10:30 am.
Tuesday Talks: the Library will be hosting a talk by a local guest speaker at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of every month. The topic for June 6th is ‘The Basics of Beekeeping’.
Reading Program: the Library participates in the TD Summer Reading Club every year from June to September. Children 12 and under can register to receive a ‘Passport to Reading’ booklet. The goal is to fill the booklet with 12 stickers, reading a picture book earns 1 sticker, reading a chapter book earns 2. Every child that participates is invited to a wind-up party in October.
Lego Program: we have a large collection of Lego for the young, and young at heart, to play with. Just drop in and build something!
