Events at the Library

Every Monday, 1:30 – 4:00 pm:
Needles and Pins – drop in with a fiber/textile project to work on with company.

Every Wednesday, starting at 10:30 am:
Storytime at the Library –  a storytime intended for children 0-6, older children welcome to sit in.

Every Saturday, 11:00 am – Noon:
Lego Club – Children 3+ are invited to the Library to build fun Lego creations and friendships!

Creation Station Crafting Table

A monthly rotating drop-in children’s craft. Instructions and all materials are provided. Drop-in and get creative!

May
May’s theme is Asian Heritage Month. Koinobori, meaning ‘carp streamer’ in Japanese, is a traditional craft made in Japan to celebrate Children’s Day (Kodomo no Hi). Held on May 5th every year, it’s the final national holiday during Golden Week, which is a series of national holidays to allow Japanese people take a week off to travel and visit family.
